The 3 Bedroom Cottage has a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable living room, Muskoka room and separate dining area. There is a TV and DVD player, washer and dryer and electric heating for the colder months.

 

There are 3 bedrooms: 2 with double beds and 1 with bunk beds.  

  

Only 25 minutes away from the historic town of Bracebridge where you can go shopping or enjoy some of the local entertainment.

 

Each rental comes with a a canoe, kayak and paddleboat so that you may explore and enjoy the beautful Three Mile Lake. Snow shoes and cross country skis  are also available upon request (please bring your own boots for the skis).

 

For an extra charge we can also set up a water trampoline or hot tub - great fun for both children and adults alike!
